Electrical Install Crew Leadman - Nebraska

Heartland Builders, a Summit Livestock Facilities Company, is seeking 5 Electrical Install Crew Leadman to join our growing our team!

We are seeking qualified applicants from the following areas in Nebraska:
Broken Bow, Lexington, Columbus, Hebron, Norfolk, Humphry, Grand Island & Plainview

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Install Foreman with the construction of buildings, supervising three to five crew men and care of the crew’s construction tools and truck. Will assume full responsibility for these duties in the absence of the Install Foreman.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience as a leader on a Heartland Builders Co. crew or other organization.
  2. Experience on a Heartland Builders Co. crew as a crew man, or two years experience constructing livestock facilities.
  3. Ability to meet/interact well with customers and public.
  4. Responsible, conscientious, dependable, and accurate with details.
  5. Notable problem solving and supervisory skills.
  6. Must have a valid Driver’s License and have the ability to maintain DOT specifications.
