Ed Bahler


Ed graduated from Purdue University in 1979 with a B.S. in Agricultural/Civil Engineering. He’s passionate about leveraging technology through lean construction processes to get everyone home safe, significantly reduce waste, improve quality and enhance value to each customer. Ed is also passionate about developing next generation designs and facilitating construction of humane, sustainable and industry-leading protein production facilities that feed the world. Ed has been married to his wife Annette for 37 years, has seven children and 20 grandchildren.

Miles Ridgway

President & COO

Miles joined the company upon his graduation in 1988 and commenced his career as a Project Sales Consultant. In 1999, he was promoted to Director of Sales. Then in 2010, he accepted the leadership role of President of FBi Buildings, Inc., where he continues to focus on continuously enhancing value for the customer. In 2011, Miles initiated and led the creation of Summit Livestock Facilities. The goal was to impact the profit potential of livestock producers by utilizing our ability to collaborate with customers in the planning, design, permitting and construction of their projects. Miles has been married to his wife Peggy for 27 years and has two children.

Chad Knapp

Director of Human Resources & General Manager

Chad grew up in Indiana, where working on his uncle’s farm as well as at his uncle’s concrete construction business shaped his work ethic.  After graduating from Purdue with a B.S. in Business Management, Chad spent a decade with the Target Corporation as a store turnaround specialist.  Chad took his passion for people and organizational development to Rasmussen College and Harvest Bible Chapel, where he excelled in HR roles. Chad is passionate about discovering and developing the potential in people, teams and organizations.  Chad credits his wife of 12 years, Jannelle, and kids, Izzy and Jarek for the smile in his picture, which is reflected daily in his approach to HR objectives.

Ken Culbreth

Director of Operations

Ken grew up on a small farm in Roselawn, Indiana. He began his career with FBi in 1999, starting as a crewman and quickly worked his way up the ladder. Ken gained a wealth of construction knowledge on the job and by taking night courses in construction management. He plays a key role driving significant upside gains for FBi. by leading teams towards expert project management practices. Ken and his wife, Nicole, live in DeMotte, Indiana, with their three daughters. In his spare time, Ken enjoys coaching softball, basketball and spending as much time as he can with his family.

Greg Lehman

Division 50 Field Operations Manager

Greg joined FBi Buildings Inc. in 1983.  After seven years in progressively increasing roles including Material Take Off, Dispatching and Project Management, Greg became the liaison between the crews and management in 1990, Director of Construction in 2000, Vice President of Field Operations in 2013, Division 50 Field Operations Manager in 2018 and also currently serves as the chair-elect on the NFBA Board of Directors. Greg’s teams are responsible for project management, logistics, manufacturing and construction of our post frame product. Focus in the areas of safety, quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and efficiency have helped promote individual and collective careers at FBi Buildings and in the construction industry. Greg has been married to his wife Mary Beth for over 30 years. Together they have six children and two grandchildren.
