The Project Developer is responsible for handling all inbound phone and web chat inquiries. This position also requires making proactive outbound phone calls to help identify business opportunities and advance the sales process. This is a fast paced position that requires maintaining focus, paying attention to detail, and recording accurate data entry.
Reactive response to inbound inquiries
Answer inbound phone calls and web chats
Complete literature fulfillment requests, as needed
Proactive to outbound inquiries
Make phone calls and/or send emails according to timing requirements of the customer
Understanding customers hurdles and appropriate next course of action
HubSpot administration and maintenance
Ensure completeness of data in the CRM; customer information and phone notes
Maintaining accurarcy sending deals to the Project Sales Consultant (PSC)
Completing designated tasks within HubSpot on a daily basis
Support PSC’s by making phone calls on time and understanding next action
Entering field generated leads (FGLs) and/or sold contracts
Responding to miscellaneous PSC requests within a timely manner
High school diploma or at least 2-years working in Customer Service preferred
Strong PC and software skills; must be a proficient typer
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to sense and respond to callers needs
Must be willing to be a team player
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
Physical Requirements: This is a sedentary position, with the ability to pull contracts and operate a computer.
Organizational Relationship: This position reports directly to the Marketing Project Manager.
This position will not start until January 2021.
